EducationMath and Physics Tutoring-all levels. 7+ years of tutoring/teaching experience in College and High school.
If you are struggling in your math course, or just need some one-on-one practice, I would love to come along side you and help you succeed. I started off as a tutor in undergrad (for 4 years), then went on to teach at the college level part time (3+ years). I hold a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics and am currently working on a Ph.D. I teach part time at Citrus College and at BIOLA. Also, I am working with scientists at JPL to create topographical maps of Venus.
I've worked with students of all ages and have a proven track record of helping students succeed. I would love to extend a free consultation to discuss your educational objectives and see where I could come along side you. Whether you are not getting the depth you need in class, or you just need extra help and practice, I believe I can be a valuable resource to your success.
My method starts with an assessment of your current strengths and weaknesses. We can then fill any missing core competencies that are vital to your understanding. From there, we can go in to the material of your current course, taking time to solidify the topics. I will gladly produce supplementary lessons, material, and homework as needed.
